She identified the items that needed to be done, found a number of reasonably priced contractors to do necessary repairs, and even pitched in to help with decorating and painting. The house sold in three weeks due to her diligent efforts - I couldn't be happier with her service. She even helped clear out various household goods so it was ready for the new owners. I'm pleased to say that they are getting a pretty, worry-free house due in large part to her efforts.

Barb was a referral and we told her our objectives for what we thought we wanted. After looking for a while, she suggested a house that was questionable in our minds, but we looked.
